Form of Export Document EX-A

The form of Export Document EX-A is a document used for performing customs formalities, both for import and export. The form of Export Document EX-A is a part of the customs documents list, necessary for your customs activities, depending on the type of the activities.

The form of Export Document EX-A was introduced on 1 January 1998, in order to make the customs formalities simpler, in order to reduce the number of information required by the officials. The form of Export Document EX-A is no longer used for the transactions inside of the EU, but it is used for the transactions between the EU member states and third counties.

The form Export Document EX-A can be established in accordance with the common law or through the use of the simplified procedure.

The form Export Document EX-A is now in electrical form.

Form of Proof of Origin EUR1

This document is a circulation permit, which enables the circulation of goods, and the application of the reduced tariff rate (without customs) in the countries who concluded the Reciprocal Agreement with the EUROPEAN Union.

To use the EUR 1 form, the following 3 requirements must be met:

• there must be an agreement between the EU and the third country regulating the use of this document
• products must be from the EU or the third country.
• there must be certificates on the origin of the product or goods
